Adding for the Waterfall Methodology:

This method good when:

-the customer knows exactly what they want

- they know exactly how to build it

- nothing changes while you are building it

This methodology works great for hardware related projects (constuction/ anufacturing etc).

However, most projects rarely have all 3 of the above so, agility is much required.
